Returns or Exchanges

Return Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The following are the return conditions:
The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
The product must not have been damaged or contaminated during transportation.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you can request an exchange when returning the original product. Exchanged products must meet the same return conditions as above. Please specify the product you wish to exchange when requesting an exchange.

Returns Process
If you decide to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return authorization information and a return address.

Prepare Return Package: Please repackage the product to ensure safe shipping. Send the return authorization information back with the product.
Send Back the Product: You can choose to use any reliable courier service to send the product back to our designated address. Please keep the shipping receipt for future reference.

Processing Time
After receiving the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Once processing is complete, the relevant refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment processors may require additional processing time to complete the transfer.

Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment or a defective product.
Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will cover the relevant shipping costs.
