KILNER LLC currently only offers delivery services to addresses within the United States.
On the website checkout page, the shipping country/region will be fixed as the United States. International shipping or addresses in other countries/regions are not currently supported.
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is located within the United States and provide complete and accurate address information to avoid delivery delays or order cancellations.

Order Processing Time
All orders will enter the processing process after successful payment. Generally:
Order processing time: 1–3 business days. Orders may not be processed on weekends and US public holidays.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing tracking information.

The specific logistics company used will be automatically selected based on warehouse location, delivery address, and logistics arrangements.

Please ensure that you fill in accurate and complete US address information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or undeliverable package, reshipment may require additional time.
